How to bring a croissant back to life
21 September 2026 · 1 min read

Our croissants are laminated with French butter and 27 layers of dough. Reheating them properly keeps those layers crisp.
The oven method
- Preheat to 170°C (no fan).
- Place the croissant directly on the rack.
- Bake 4 minutes, rest 2 minutes.
The air-fryer method
160°C for 3 minutes works beautifully too.
Never the microwave
Microwaves melt the butter and steam the layers into a chewy sponge. Thirty seconds is enough to ruin a good croissant.
