Karak, cardamom and the perfect afternoon

Karak is more than a drink – it is a ritual. Ours is brewed in small batches all day long.

What goes in

Loose black tea, whole cardamom pods cracked to order, evaporated milk and just enough sugar. Some days we add a pinch of saffron.

What to pair it with

A cinnamon roll for the sweet tooth, a cheese fatayer if you want something savoury – or a pistachio croissant if you are treating yourself.
